This campaign wants to show how female journalists are treated in the sports field, which is a highly male-dominated area. We want to demonstrate how women journalists are experiencing violence and harassment daily, and are diminished by the general public whilst doing their job. The video is made on different materials such as interviews, posts, and actual video footage that show clearly how women journalists are criticized constantly for gender-based reasons (for instance sexual harassment, psychological abuse or online trolling). We have uploaded it on a Youtube page, because we believe that a video has a higher impact on the public and by sharing it across the different media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram...), it will be able to raise public awareness and help fight this cause.

The subject of sport is a subject dear to me and I am happy that someone like you has treated it. I think the video already speaks for itself with images, gestures and spoken words. I am not a journalist but I work in a gym especially in the evening hours, frequented mainly by males. In part I know what it’s like to hear some comments or requests for social media messages. With your work I felt a bit involved.
I believe you have achieved the main goal required by the professors, excellent work!
In this last period there has been a lot of discussion about the episode of harassment that happened to the journalist Greta Baccaglia (in your video we talk about it). So I think your work is very interesting and contemporary.
A truly touching video that shows how even in the world of sport, a world that should integrate everyone and eliminate both ethnic and gender differences, there are still people who behave appropriately. The topic is very recent given also what happened in Italy to the journalist outside the Castellani. Unfortunately the female figure within the sporting world is still seen as less prepared on the subject, even though many times they are much better prepared than the male journalist.
Very current fact, highlighted due to the violence suffered by Greta Beccaglia. In this project, unfortunately, it is highlighted that these phenomena are very widespread in the context
Your video is amazing! I think we're all well aware of what's going on in this industry yet when faced with the reality of it for 2 mins straight it's impossible to let it slide. No one would question men abilities to talk about sport and yet did they all play the sport they're even commenting? But when it's a woman doing it, all of a sudden her gender becomes the main reason to doubt her abilities. I also loved the connection you made between the values sport teaches and how we should apply those even more outside the pitch. Very touching!
