📰Violence against women is an issue that concern all areas of the work field, and media outlets are no less. It is important to fight this problem because media outlets represent our society.
🎞️This video addresses the gender pay gap issue in media focusing on its causes and consequences.
✅A significant part of this project is devoted to solutions that will help reduce the gender pay gap in the near future.
This video is really specific and detaile, and I think this is a professional and objective way to deal with such a relevant topic. I agree with the statement about the lack of data and awareness on gender pay gap in the media.
Also, I like how the sources have been reported at the end of every slide, this kind of structural choice makes the video more reliable and the issue more concrete.
